What is the cost for Small Group Health Coaching?

Small Group Health Coaching consists of 6 60-minute group sessions, plus two one-on-one consultations with your coach for $132 for YMCA of the North members, $145 for non-members.

Where are small group health coaching sessions hosted?

All sessions are held virtually, meaning you can comfortably participate from anywhere with an internet connection. You must access the session meeting through your Wellbeing Account. 

One-on-one health coaching services are offered both virtually or in-person.

What happens after I purchase and register for small group health coaching?

If you do not already have access, you will receive an email inviting you to the wellbeing portal within 72 hours. After you log in, you will be asked to complete two short intake forms. You will then be contacted by your coach to schedule a one-on-one discovery session (which is included with your small group health coaching purchase). Finally, you will receive access to program materials on the first day the program begins.

What if I need to change or cancel my registration for small group health coaching?

You may transfer your registration to a different small group cohort up to seven days before the first session begins. There is no charge for this transfer. A space must be available within the new small group cohort prior to transferring. Registration cannot be transferred to a different participant. To change your registration, contact us.

Due to high demand, we encourage you to transfer or cancel your registration if your plans change to allow others to take your reservation. If you miss two of the six group sessions, you will no longer be eligible to attend any remaining sessions. The program fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to seven days before the first group session begins. Full refunds will be given for any written cancellation submitted at least seven days prior to the cohort start date. To cancel your registration, contact us.

Additionally, the YMCA may cancel a small group cohort series if the cohort does not adequately fill with participants. In this event, full refunds will be issued to all enrolled participants, and participants will receive priority waitlist placement within a future small group cohort. Notice of cancellation will be provided via email.

What kind of tasks will I be asked to do in small group health coaching?

To help you maximize the value of this small group health coaching experience, you will be asked to participate fully in all coaching sessions as well as complete assigned homework (e.g., assessments, journaling and creation/execution of goals).

If I request an account to join the virtual wellbeing community does that mean I am signed up for small group health coaching?

No. Our wellbeing portal will give you access to our wellbeing video library as well as the ability to schedule a free health coaching consultation or book a one-on-one appointment. To register for small group health coaching, visit our main website.

If I purchased a wellbeing service, how do I schedule an appointment?

Once your purchase is completed, our YNORTH Administrator will reach out to help you schedule your appointment with your preferred practitioner.

I would like to participate in multiple sessions with a health and wellbeing coach. Do you offer packages or subscriptions?
