Small Group Health Coaching Programs

Experience the power of community and connection as you explore dedicated health topics within a small group setting, all guided by a board-certified health coach. All sessions meet virtually to best fit your life, so you can join from the convenience of home or on the go.

Pricing & Structure

Each series lasts 12 weeks. During this time, you will meet 1-on-1 with your health coach leader, followed by 6 group meetings and concluding with another 1-on-1 session.

Price is $132 for YMCA of the North members, $145 for nonmembers.

Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

Practicing self-care for a more balanced you

Do you find yourself often feeling stressed, on edge, or even out of balance? Just as we care for our physical wellbeing, we must care for our mental and emotional wellbeing. An effective, sustainable self-care practice is made up of many proactive restorative moments experienced throughout the day. It’s also unique to you and your life. Explore and create opportunities to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing through rest, nourishment, movement, and mindfulness!

Immune Resilience

Boosting your immune fitness through healthy habits

Did you know that each of your daily choices — from eating to sleeping to moving to being with others — impacts your body’s immune response? Or that how you react to stress actually can protect or deplete immune function, as well as overall wellbeing? Explore and learn about these connections while creating and executing an empowering, energizing plan that leverages healthy approaches to pump up your immune fitness!

Mobility & Wellbeing

Tapping a whole-person approach for greater mobility

Our ability to move affects almost every aspect of daily life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or socially. At the same time, many of us face growing challenges to maintaining peak mobility, such as injury, stress, chronic inflammation, and pain. Discover, explore, and implement daily wellbeing approaches—including simple movement practices—that can increase your mobility and promote an enhanced quality of life!
